It's been 10 years since the first reports of PAE were published. Even in 2020 there are still several unanswered questions about pre procedural work up, intraprocedural technical challenges and practice building. In this session a global panel will debate hot topics in current issues in advanced PAE.

Topics for debate:

Where Do I Get Patients From?
• Urologist, who else?
• Splash those billboards

PAE for All or PAE for the Chosen Few
• The chosen few
• PAE for all

Planning PAE
• Get a headstart, get that CTA
• No dilly-dallying, spin for the win

Bigger, Smaller, Greater, Lesser: The particle size paradox
• Small particles shrink big prostates
• Bigger is better

Collaterals and Anastomosis, the Bane of PAE
• Blow up that balloon
• Plug 'em up

PAE Ready for Primetime?
• No, a lot of work to be done!
• Unquestionably, we got the data

Symptoms Recurrence After PAE
• Not my job, punt to urology
• Redo PAE works!
