Self-Assessment Module (SAM) Sessions

Earn up to 20 SA-CME credits towards your Maintenance of Certification (MOC)!

SAM Process: Similar to last year, participants will use a web-based participation platform, SIR is no longer provideing audience response system (ARS) keypads. The self-assessment cme (SAM) quizzes for this meeting will be accessable in your SIR learning center account (learn.sirweb.org). You will need to "purchase" the quizzes and go through the purchase process, however the quizzes are free for all attendees when the apporopriate promo code is entered. 5 minutes after you scan in to a SAM session you will receive an e-mail with a link to "purchase" the quizzes and further instructions. Questions WILL NOT be asked during the session. In order to receive SA-CME (SAM) credit you must complete the quiz within one week of the session.

SAM Accreditation

This program will be approved for a maximum of 35 self-assessment credits (SAM) by the Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR). SIR is awarded Deemed Status by the American Board of Radiology (ABR). The SAMs offered at this live meeting, meet the ABR’s criteria for a self-assessment toward the purpose of fulfilling requirements in the ABR Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Program.
