SIR 2019 EXHIBITOR RULES AND REGULATIONS
YOUR AGREEMENT with SIR
The Society of Interventional Radiology’s Annual Scientific Meeting consists of general educational research sessions and blinded, peer-reviewed presentations. These presentations are intended to be free from commercial bias. Demonstrations of available equipment, devices and services that relate directly to the practice or teaching of interventional radiology are also highlighted. To maintain the appropriate balance of science and technology, activities have been planned within the Expo (exhibit hall) to provide SIR 2019 attendees with sufficient time to view the available product and service demonstrations.
Ensuring the quality of SIR 2019 for the attendees and exhibitors requires a mutual commitment of good faith and cooperation by all parties involved. The rules and regulations are designed to define the principles of this mutual commitment in a fair, effective and equitable manner. These rules, along with the terms and conditions of the application for exhibit space are an integral and binding part of your contract with SIR.
