This panel explores innovative strategies to expand early exposure, mentorship, and engagement in Interventional Radiology (IR). We will examine barriers in current medical education, and highlight the role of digital platforms, near-peer mentorship, and tailored outreach. After receiving strong feedback from last year’s session, we are bringing it back to spark further dialogue and action. This year’s discussion will expand on new mentorship models and showcase examples of programs making IR more visible.
