This session will follow the acute DVT patient from initial presentation to post treatment care management. Decision algorithms for conservative management versus interventions will be reviewed. Case-based presentations on catheter directed therapies (thrombolysis and mechanical thrombectomy) and venous stenting will be presented, as well as on assessment of achieving adequate inflow and outflow. The session will conclude with a case-based approach to understanding procedural end-points.
