The 3rd Annual Quality Improvement Forum brings together IR physicians and teams to share real-world QI initiatives and lessons learned from diverse practice settings. Through a series of focused case studies presented by SIR members, this forum will highlight practical approaches to improving clinical outcomes, enhancing patient safety, and increasing efficiency across IR practices. Attendees will gain insight into how QI projects are designed, implemented, and measured, including strategies for overcoming common barriers and sustaining meaningful change. The session will emphasize peer-to-peer learning and active participation, with dedicated time for discussion and questions.
