The joint JVIR/WIR workshop will feature a panel of women JVIR editorial board members, who will lead discussions on 2 manuscripts submitted by woman authors, to guide participants to hone scientific writing and reviewing skills, to learn about study design and execution, and to decipher the JVIR formula for preparation of a manuscript for publication. The panel will discuss and compare their pathways to academic accomplishment and JVIR leadership. Representatives from all levels of leadership will be represented. Opportunities to contribute to JVIR and to IR research in general will be shared.
