The PAD environment continues to be fraught with lack of consistency with the three main vascular based specialties, ultimately resulting in fragmented patient care, misinformation in the media to the public, and tremendous issues with insurance based processes. With this session we hope to have candid discussions with leaders in the main societies involved in PAD, to look at the landmark studies and the ongoing OIG audit, to see if there's a way forward in these uncertain times. Difficult questions will asked of the presenters and an open forum provided.

What are the limitations of the landmark BEST-CLI and Basil 2 trials?
What do we know or think of the ongoing OIG Audit and how it may affect providers and patients?
What does our European collegues see with all of this since they're practice patterns are different?
