This session will explore the key elements involved in establishing and expanding a successful pediatric interventional radiology practice. Expert speakers will share insights on integrating pediatric IR within adult-focused groups, joining established pediatric IR teams, and effectively demonstrating the value of pediatric IR services. Additionally, attendees will learn strategies for building a multidisciplinary vascular anomalies center and facilitating seamless transitions of pediatric patients to adult IR practices. By the end of the session, participants will have actionable guidance to optimize pediatric IR services and foster collaborative, patient-centered care.
