This session, hosted by the Women in IR section, explores critical gender-related topics in medicine and their impact on careers in interventional radiology. Topics include the physiologic differences in sleep between genders and how they influence medical careers, strategies for addressing gender biases among physicians, and practical negotiation techniques to help close the gender pay gap.
