This case club session focuses on the urgent management of Neurointerventional radiology (NIR) emergencies, providing a practical approach to challenging clinical scenarios. Topics include the evaluation and treatment of epistaxis, emphasizing the role of embolization in refractory cases. The session will explore management strategies for carotid blow-out syndrome and penetrating trauma, highlighting rapid interventions to control life-threatening hemorrhage. Discussions on blunt cerebrovascular injury and dissection will address diagnostic imaging, grading, and endovascular solutions to prevent stroke. Finally, the session will cover ENT emergencies from tumor bleeding, outlining tailored approaches to manage hemodynamic instability while preserving critical anatomy. Real-life cases will facilitate interactive learning and decision-making.
