The aim of the session is to demonstrate the importance of Imaging in the trauma management process and to highlight the strict relationship with IR treatment. Speakers are invited to report case-examples in their presentations in order to stimulate discussion. Cases can show how to do it but also how to not do it.

Learning Objectives:

Upon completion, participant will be able to perform CT in trauma patients (deciding technique and protocols) and to define the role of other imaging techniques. moreover they will be able to write a report and demonstrate the importance of stardardized report.
Upon completion, participant will be able to write explain how important is the correct communication in trauma team and how to avoid errors .
Upon completion, participant will be able to define indications for IR treatment on the basis of CT findings and to demonstrate the importance of using other intra-procedural imaging techniques (CBCT, fusion imaging, US, ect).
