In this session, experienced venous providers will address the full spectrum of deep vein thrombosis (DVT), ranging from acute DVT all the way to severe post-thrombotic syndrome (PTS). Emphasis will be placed on enabling learners to adopt a holistic approach to patient care that involves medical, compression, and endovascular therapies, and that connects knowledge of the natural history of the disease, its biology, physiology, and evidence from rigorous clinical science. The goal is a well-rounded and well-informed interventional radiologist who can deliver outstanding care.
