We aim to present 3 different models of team building in OBL setting each with cost analysis. Similarly, a lecture will also be dedicated to when/if/how to choose a partner for the practice. Finally, we will expand to team building beyond the OBL and emphasize the importance of a multidisciplinary approach to the growth and sustainability of as key to a thriving OBL practice.
