This session will provide an introduction to all prospective research currently being conducted in the United States regarding Endovascular Therapy for Acute Pulmonary Embolism. Interventional Radiology Clinical Trialists will present summaries of all the currently active protocols including pivotal randomized studies and pre-market investigational device exemption (IDE) studies. Discussion sessions with the panel will allow for candid conversation regarding the future of Endovascular Pulmonary Embolism research.
