Description of the session: There are certain diseases that have unfulfilled interventional oncology (IO) needs. This may be related to the rarity of disease itself and/or a consequence of limited evidence in the literature to support utilization of IO procedures to treat such diseases. This session will examine unmet needs in IO and discuss therapies that may help interventional radiologists provide state-of-the-art care for their patients.
