Description of the session: Are we doing enough to disseminate useful structures and tips, ensuring we optimize and standardize the residency experience? Practical workshop for residents and program leaders presenting a 5-year PGY roadmap, DR/IR year expectations, structured didactics (weekly lectures, M&M, journal club), call models, wellness, case-load targets, competency milestones, outpatient clinic integration, simulation, and mentorship frameworks. Attendees leave with templates and high-impact tips to standardize training and optimize trainee readiness for independent practice.
