The speakers will discuss specific challenges related to serving as an expert witness as an Interventional Radiologist. This course will cover everything from being contacted by counsel for a potential case, providing a case review, delivering a deposition, taking the stand in a court proceeding, and how to handle a cross examination. In addition, we will explore some of the moral and ethical ramifications of being an expert witness.
