IMBiotechnologies Ltd is a Canadian biotechnology company focused on developing and commercializing embolotherapeutic products.  Our lead product, Ekobi® Embolization Microspheres, is a "first in class" biodegradable embolic agent that is echogenic and binds platelets once delivered into the bloodstream.  Ekobi® microspheres are cleared for marketing in the US to treat unresectable/inoperable hypervascularized tumors and in Canada to treat hypervascularized tumors, uterine fibroids and enlarged prostates due to BPH.  Clinical evaluation of Ekobi® microspheres in osteoarthritic knee pain patients has commenced.
