SIR Corporate Priority Points Program
SIR wishes to reward the dedication of specific companies by allowing them priority access to select a booth location for the SIR Annual Scientific Meeting.
In order to qualify for this opportunity, a company must have exhibited at the SIR Annual Scientific Meeting for each of the last 3 years and have achieved a minimum of 35 priority points based on the below criteria. The prioritization of appointment scheduling is also based on the following criteria:
• Exhibit history (see below)
• Previous meeting’s booth size
• Previous meeting’s sponsorship/advertising purchases
• Corporate Ambassador Program (CAP) level of support
Exhibit history
Four priority points are given for each year of exhibiting at an SIR Annual Meeting. Maximum of 50 points.
Exhibitor Survey
Exhibitors are awarded five priority points for completing the post conference exhibitor survey.
Previous booth size
For the Priority Points Program, 1 point per 100 sq. ft. is assigned to companies based on their previous years' exhibit.
Corporate Ambassador Program (CAP)
The Corporate Ambassador Program (CAP) is a high-impact engagement and recognition program for companies that choose to support SIR’s overall mission. Points are assigned based on a company’s CAP level of support.
