*The One Day Pass is good for attendees only for one (1) day of the week to attend the conference. It provides full access to educational sessions and the Expo on a specific day.
**The Expo Only registration provides full access to the Expo on all days that the Expo is open to attendees, Sunday-Wednesday.
***If you are unable to meet us in Toronto, the Virtual Live experience is a great opportunity to gain access to a small, curated selection of live and pre-recorded sessions. This is a CME-accredited option. It will be available on Feb. 20, 2026, for purchase.

Full meeting attendee in-person registration includes access to the live meeting in Toronto, Canada, April 11-15, and three months of access to educational session recordings from the live in-person event. See above for more details and differences between live in-person and live virtual registration categories.
Registration for SIR 2026 for the in-person and the virtual live will remain open until the last day of the meeting, April 15.
Cancellation deadline is March 20, 2026. And cancellations before and on March 20, will be charged a cancellation processing fee of $100. No refunds will be issued after March 20, 2026. Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events, or early departure. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to sir@maritz.com.
Changes cannot be made after Thursday, April 23, 2026.
If you are registered to attend the virtual live meeting, you can change to the in-person registration by paying the difference between the online fee and the in-person fee by no later than April 4, 2026. Please request the change in writing to sir@maritz.com.
If you are registered to attend the live in-person meeting, you can change to the virtual registration by no later than April 4, 2026. You will be refunded the difference minus a $100 processing fee. Please request the change in writing to sir@maritz.com.
Guest badges provide access to SIR Exhibit Hall, Opening Reception and other designated social and networking events. The fee per guest is $165 on or before March 12, 2026 and $185 on or after March 13, 2026. CME is not awarded.
Guest badges are intended for use by a spouse, family member, or guest accompanying a professional registrant. To uphold the professional and educational standards of the SIR Annual Scientific Meeting, children under 16 years of age are not permitted in the Expo or sessions and are not eligible to receive a badge. Co-workers, industry associates and exhibits pass registrants are not eligible for this badge and must register as a professional and pay the applicable registration.
Yes, one-day passes will be available starting on March 13, 2026 and onsite for purchase.
Yes, medical students are welcome to attend the meeting. The medical student early bird rate is $50, which increases by $25 and $50 at the advanced and late/onsite deadlines. There is special programming for medical students that will take place on Saturday, April 11.
All attendees must pick up their badges on-site at SIR 2026 Registration in the Metro Toronto Convention Center in the Registration area on level 500.
