Welcome to the online press room for the Society of Interventional Radiology's 34th Annual Scientific Meeting being held March 7-12, 2009, in San Diego, CA. General Information: The Press Room hours will be 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Registered reporters will have access to computers, fax machine, the Internet , phones, work tables and food. Be sure to read the Press Room Guidelines before you arrive.

Press conferences will be scheduled as abstracts are identified by SIR's scientific review committee. If you would like to be notified, please contact our Senior Communications Manager to get added to our distribution list.

Lunch will be provided to registered press each day in the Press Room. Physician experts will stop by to talk to reporters about the latest trends and research.
