AT THE MEETING

All speakers are required to check-in at the Speaker Ready Room 24 hours prior to your session. If you are unavoidably delayed please go directly to the Speaker Ready Room. With the exception of Workshop faculty, you MUST NOT BRING YOUR LAPTOP TO THE SESSION - it is very possible that your laptop may not be compatible with the system computer and this could cause a malfunction and difficulties in presenting your materials.

SPEAKERS' LOUNGE - Room #7A (San Diego Convention Center Upper Level)

At 2009 SIR, a Speakers' Lounge will provide a place for faculty to relax during the meeting, catch up on current news, check email and correspondence, enjoy refreshments and network with other volunteers and speakers. The lounge is located on the Upper Level of the convention center, near the plenary session room. Please note that the Speakers Lounge is separate from the Speaker Ready Room. We hope to see you there.
